Bruce took the time to demonstrate the simplicity and ease of using the Naväge system:
Step One:
Fill the Naväge below the line with distilled water.
Step Two:
Insert a SaltPod in the receptacle foil-side down and latch it so the solution mixes with the water. Bruce recommends trying the Original SaltPod and Eucalyptus to see which you like best.
Step Three:
Insert the nose pillows into your nostrils and press down on the power button on the side. Keep it pressed down until the Naväge unit finishes it's process. The Naväge will circulate the water and solution through your nasal passages, in one side, out the other into the bottom of the unit.
Step Four:
When you remove the unit, there will be water left in your nasal passages. Remove it and evacuate the water over the sink.
