• EASY, ONE-HANDED OPERATION – Simple twist on/off control with convenient optional mask
• SAFE FOR DAILY USE – Can be used as often as needed, when used as directed
• DISHWASHER-SAFE – Mask and nozzle are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning
• Remove cap. If using mask, affix it to the nozzle before use.
• Twist top clockwise to start continuous mist flow (Twist opposite direction to stop mist flow).
• Hold nozzle or mask close to nose and mouth to be inhaled while breathing. Do not hold mask firmly against the face, this can create a seal and restrict air flow.
• Inhale mist for 1-5 minutes per session.
• Use as often as needed.
• Remove the mask and nozzle attachments
• Rinse with soap and water and air dry or wash in the dishwasher before and after use.
• Mask and nozzle adapter are dishwasher safe (top rack)
• Fully dry before storing
